According to Trump's adviser, Kellyanne Conway, the President is poised to sign the deal to fund the federal government through fiscal year 2020 -- avoiding a budget showdown during the last holiday season before the presidential election.The $1.4 trillion agreement, broken up into two spending packages, includes all 12 spending bills.
