On the new track, the singer takes an acoustic guitar and some progressively ramped-up club beats to confront his own depression, telling himself firmly:"If I'm gonna waste my time, then it's time to go/ Take yourself home."
Sivan also released a lyric video to go along with the track, showing the swirling movements of a camera around a large city building, as the lyrics for the song appear superimposed in film over the image."I'm tired of the city, scream if you're with me," he sings on the chorus. Along with releasing his music, Sivan is also using his platform to promote freelance artists who are losing work due to coronavirus.
