I was a bit worried about finding the center at first but after I spoke with the costumer service team the sent a nice and detailed email with all of the information I could need in order to plan my journey and find it.
I was at the center about 30 minutes early but that wasn't an issue. The member of staff who welcomed me gave me simple and clear instructions while being extremely polite. After reaching the center testing center itself I was told to leave my belonings in a locker and was given simple and clear instructions while registering and waiting. Everyone had a polite and happy tone and it was an overall pleasant experience.
