Published: Oct. 23, 2023 at 7:19 AM EDTCLEVELAND, Ohio - The trial for the fourth suspect charged in the August 2022 murder of a Lakewood man is scheduled to begin Monday in front of Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas Judge Richard Bell.
Harry Houston, 64, is charged with aggravated murder, murder, felonious assault, gross abuse of a corpse, tampering with evidence, having weapons under disability, and obstructing justice for the death of Victor Huff, 47.Huff’s wife reported him missing to Lakewood police on Aug. 3, 2022. His body was found wrapped in a tarp at Train and Richner Avenues on Cleveland’s West Side on Aug. 4, 2022 and the Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner positively identified him on Aug. 5, 2022.On July 27, Terrence Burnett, 67, pleaded guilty to involuntary manslaughter and having weapons while under disability. Burnett also agreed to testify against the other suspects.
He pleaded guilty to gross abuse of a corpse, tampering with evidence, and obstructing justice and agreed to testify against the other suspects.Most Read
