Two-year bond yields rose as concerns about the banking sector faded and focus turned to the U.S. retail sales data for February, due for release at 8:30 a.m.
Bond yields dived on Wednesday as investors sought perceived havens with tensions in the banking sector flaring up once again.

Markets now see a roughly 50% chance that the Federal Reserve will leave interest rates unchanged at a range of 4.5% to 4.75% after its meeting on March 22nd, according to the CME FedWatch tool.The central bank is expected to take its Fed funds rate target to 4.8% by June 2023, according to 30-day Fed Funds futures. Just a few weeks ago the so-called ‘terminal rate’ was seen hitting 5.69% in October.
