Staff from The Staff Canteen Live will interview chefs at ScotHot23, learning the secrets and stories that have allowed them to reach the height of their careers.philosophy, each chef will be performing a live demo at the SEC in which lucky guests will have the chance to taste the dishes that have made these chefs famous.
