Larkin: I had two pretty big losses in my family last year — my uncle and my grandmother within the same month. So losing loved ones, just losing people, has definitely hit lately. That sucks.

Mah: We had a karaoke growing up, and I never sang karaoke. I don't want to hear my own voice [laughs]. You sing all the time. So do I — quietly, so no one else hears me.16 . What is your most treasured possession? Mah: My dry sense of humour from my father. I think your get-up-and-go. You're always on the go, like your dad. You're always at something.
