Yet Mayor Mark Sutcliffe declares that the initial redevelopment has been a “huge success.” If losing $165 million is a huge success, I would love to learn the mayor’s definition of failure.
Canada Life Assurance doesn’t seem to be holding up its end of the bargain. Do we have to suffer for years before it is replaced with a company that can do the job?
