DCTitans star Curran Walters is hoping for a chance to add one specific detail to his Jason Todd 👀 'You know what I really wanted to do that we didn't get do, was the strip of the white in the hair. That was something I would like to do eventually.' 😯

Curran Walters, who portrays Red Hood on Titans, talks about one Jason Todd detail he hopes to see with his take on the DC anti-hero. While HBO Max's Titans is an adaptation of the Teen Titans comics, the DC TV drama hasn't shied away from using the Batman family in various capacities. The DC series began with Dick Grayson having abandoned the Robin mantle in order to pursue a life outside of the Dark Knight's shadow.

SCREENRANT VIDEO OF THE DAY While Jason joined the team in Titans season 2, his time as Robin ended after Joker brutally murdered him in season 3, which was a loose Batman: Death in the Family adaptation. Despite being murdered, Jason didn't stay dead for long as he was resurrected and took on a new identity: Red Hood. Jason served as the initial antagonist in Titans season 3 before it was revealed that Jonathan Crane, a.k.a. Scarecrow, was the true puppet master.

You know what I really wanted to do that we didn't get do, was the strip of the white in the hair. That was something I would like to do eventually. Red Hood's Role In Titans Season 4 Is Unclear In most versions of Red Hood in the comics, Jason's hair has, for various reasons, had streaks of white, likely a side effect from getting resurrected in the Lazarus Pit. Even though Titans season 3 ended with Jason and the team on "good" terms, it's unclear where the show is going with Red Hood. While the Titans season 4 production was recently wrapped, Warner Bros.

Since Titans will be at New York Comic-Con next week, Jason's season 4 status may be clarified during the panel as they prepare to bring the show back in November. While Jason has been a key player since Titans season 2, there is still so much they can explore with Red Hood outside his dynamic with the team. Despite the many changes currently happening with HBO Max, the next natural chapter for Jason would be to star in a Red Hood spinoff series, allowing Titans to flesh out its universe.
