Victory puts Colts in a good position in the Central League with two games remaining
The Crawford Colts didn’t clinch the Central League championship on Friday night, but it sure felt like they did.

In the second quarter, Reynosa made his first field goal with 4:09 left in the first half to cap a scoring drive that was mostly set off by a 62-yard pass play from quarterback Gavin Nguyen to sophomore Kent Armstrong, who took the ball down to the 10. The emotion in the game for Reynosa wasn’t all euphoric, as his 8-yard punt from his own 24 allowed Coronado good field position late in the third quarter.
