"Because of the aggressive use of the Woods NDA against her by the Defendant and the trust under his control, the Plaintiff is unsure whether she may disclose, among other things, facts giving rise to various legal claims she believes she has," the lawsuit says."She is also currently unsure what other information about her own life she may discuss or with whom.
The former couple had never publicly announced a breakup, but in another suit filed last October, Herman accused Woods of an underhanded breakup some time earlier. She is suing Woods' trust for tens of millions of dollars after the golfer allegedly kicked her out of their shared home in Florida and"frightened her away from returning."
"Specifically, by trickery, agents of the Defendant convinced the Plaintiff to pack a suitcase for a short vacation and, when she arrived at the airport, they told her she had been locked out of her residence," the court documents said. The lawsuit also alleges that all of her stuff was removed from the home, including $40,000 that was"misappropriated," adding that representatives of the trust then made"scurrilous and defamatory allegations about how she obtained the money."
