THUNDER BAY — A Thunder Bay city councillor faces a recommended penalty from the city’s integrity commissioner.
The details of the integrity commissioner’s findings against Agarwal have not yet been released, but the recommended penalty is outlined in a draft meeting agenda published Tuesday.Council is not bound to follow the integrity commissioner’s recommendations.
