Gardner, 36, faces charges of first-degree murder, solicitation to commit a capital felony, conspiracy to commit murder and child abuse, according to jail records.
The Clay County Sheriff's Office says the three unidentified teen's ages are 16 and the other two are 17-year-olds.The Clay County Sheriff's Office found a concealed gun in the waistband of one of the teens arrested.12:32 PM EDT October 22, 2023
After removing the gun, police say the 16-year-old"attempted to make a quick getaway through the mall but was quickly apprehended."
