Thousands of Ticketmaster users reported technical difficulties as tickets went on sale for Taylor Swift’s 2023 stadium tour.Ticketmaster acknowledged the difficulty for fans trying to buy tickets.
The company said that millions have attempted to purchase tickets today for Swift's tour, and hundreds of thousands have secured access. Ticketmaster said presales for shows in Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Santa Clara and Seattle will be delayed until 3 p.m. PT today. Those with codes are encouraged to join the queue up to 30 minutes before the presale begins and stay in line until it is their turn.
Those who had codes texted to them were told to access a queue through a link sent via text rather than entering through the Ticketmaster homepage.
