Thorchain's RUNE token, which surged 37% on its first day of trading last Thursday, has extended that climb and is now up 87% since its launch. Thorchain, which is built on the Cosmos blockchain, is a decentralized liquidity protocol that specializes in cross-chain connectivity, allowing traders to swap tokens between different networks.with synthetic assets trading on the platform last Thursday. The launch of synthetic assets allows users to swap assets at relatively low costs and high speeds.
