Obituary: Thomas Miller, a producer instrumental in the creation of hit television shows including “Happy Days,” “Laverne & Shirley” and “Full House” along with films “Silver Streak” and “Foul Play,” died Sunday of complications from heart disease
The cause of death was complications from heart disease, according to Warner Bros., his longtime producing home. He died at his home in Connecticut.
