This North Texas company’s Super Bowl ad isn’t about a product. It’s about a job

, a shop started by former Richards Group creatives. Artkop and Plot Twist declined to say what the regional ad is costing. Thirty-second ads aimed at the big game’s nationwide audience are costing as much as $7 million this year.. Pay at Coca-Cola Southwest starts at around $15 per hour and varies greatly based on the position, Artkop said. The company is hiring for roles across the board — warehouse loaders, truck drivers and sales associates as well as machine operators and technicians for its manufacturing work.
