Co-listing agent Barbara Arredondo of Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Realty said the homeowners are avid rock climbers who worked to marry the old and the new in the renovation process. The midcentury home now has a contemporary farmhouse feel, she said. “When you do it that way, then you’re going to get a house that does look cohesive,” Arredondo said, adding that it’s hard to tell where the old structure meets the new at this home.
