When the pandemic hit and events screeched to a halt, Pan was forced to let go of most of his team at MyIntent.org. After an extended period of loneliness and depression, he decided to use the his platform to launch another intention-setting experience—this one based in his true passion: singing.
As a therapist and executive coach, I frequently encounter clients who seek to overcome an obstacle or increase their confidence. They want to find clarity in a murky area of their life, or they want to get better at pitching, speaking, taking risks, dating, having difficult conversations, and so on. This is partially achieved through conversation, but most helping professionals will admit the deepest shifts happen subconsciously and experientially.
