Sacramento police said another suspect has been arrested in the mass shooting that left six dead and 12 others injured in April. Mtula Payton was taken into custody on Saturday in Las Vegas.
Sacramento County District Attorney said "at least five people" fired their weapons during the shooting.
Brothers Dandrae Martin, 26, and Smiley Martin, 27, were arrested on April 12th, and police announced the manhunt for Payton on the same day. They said he had multiple felony warrants for his arrest. Payton will be booked into a custodial facility in Nevada and later transported to Sacramento where he will be booked at the Sacramento County Main Jail.Advertisement
