Held annually by the Bexar County Re-Entry Center, the Second Chance Job Fair connects people seeking employment, many of whom have a history of incarceration, with nonprofit organizations, potential employers and providers of services such as resume editing and transportation assistance. Carrying a purple cloth bag filled with souvenirs, including the SouthWest flyer, Nunez said he was especially interested in working with cars. He was born and raised in San Antonio, roots that he honors with multiple tattoos of the local area code, 210. Before he was arrested Aug. 27, he made a living auto detailing.
