Time to make these for the week:

The Epi Test Kitchen set out to engineer a healthy, bite-sized morsel to fuel you through all of these snack emergencies. We wanted a functional food that delivered a quick, caffeinated punch, backed up by protein, fiber, and healthy fats for sustained satiety. We also wanted it to be super quick and easy to make, which meant working with raw ingredients and skipping the oven.

We wanted to pack these bites with as many delicious superfoods as possible, so we stirred in coarsely chopped raw almonds, pumpkin seeds, and unsweetened coconut flakes. This nutritious trio adds a nice nutty flavor and a bit of texture to the blend. We spiced it up with ground ginger and turmeric, which are not only tasty and trendy but also have potent antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties that made them essential to our healthy snack mission.
