Most of the week, we will be in the middle to upper 80s. By Friday, some places in southeast Texas may even hit that 90 degree mark.The mornings also won’t bring much relief with low temperatures only falling to the low to mid-70s. A cool front will move through at the end of the weekend and drop those lows back into the upper 50s, but until then, we remain on the toasty side.Unfortunately for seasonal allergy sufferers, the trends are not good.

This is typical for this time of the year when plants get more active in releasing spores into the air.There are some steps you can take to help if you are suffering with seasonal allergies. Make sure you take allergy medication daily. Also, change your clothes often, especially if you are outdoors. Pollen can cling to your clothes. Keep your doors and windows closed. Try to avoid mowing the lawn or pulling weeds.

Our next chance for rain arrives this weekend as a storm system begins to impact the area. Right now, we have a 40% chance of rain on Sunday.
