The Smashing Pumpkins, led by singer Billy Corgan, have released 11 studio albums since forming in 1988, including 1993′s acclaimed “Siamese Dream” and 1995′s “Mellon Collie and the Infinite Sadness.” The genre-defying Chicago band also hinted at new music set to arrive this year, in a press release. It’ll follow the band’s divisive 2020 album “Cyr.
