The Secret Service has only managed to locate one single text message relating to January 6. The rest, they claim, are permanently gone and completely unrecoverable.

Hopefully, at this point, some of these agents are getting nervous — that particular kind of nervous that comes with having done something that will likely come back to bite you, and soon. I know a bit about this. It can be safely said that I did not cover myself in academic glory during my first semester at college. I was there for the party, not the studies, and I got my head kicked sideways.
