They felt the new pictures of the Queen were 'not suitable for the public eye'
has been in the public eye her entire life, it'd be fairly safe to assume that she'd be a dab hand at having her royal photograph taken – but a recent set of photographs ruffled some feathers among her aides, who feared they could “bring the monarchy down”. Yikes.
The photo in question shows the Monarch sporting a white dress, teamed with some classic pearls, one of her signature brooches and some smart, black court heels. So far, so normal. However, in comparison to many other snaps of the Queen, in this one she appears noticeably more casual than usual, with her hands in her pockets and a big beam on her face.
