When we experience a long period of pressure, such as a pandemic, we need to focus on how pressure has been beneficial to us over this time. "Look at where you were two years ago - what can I do now that I couldn't do then? What resilience have I built? What relationships have I deepened? What impact did I make? Hold that front and center so you are seeing this in balance as we move forward," he says.
