The electrifying book adaptation is streaming now.
Zrinka, who plays the Moldovan President's wife Tatiana Moskalev talked about the layered characters on the show.
"You don't get many projects in your life where every single character is built with so many layers," she said. "What I love the most is when a project connects various artists, like different countries, you know, nationalities, religions," continued Zrinka. "It shows us that art has no language, or it has only one language, which is emotion. And that's something that every human being can understand."The series also features an all-female writers room and directing team including writers Claire Wilson, Sarah Quintrell, Whit Anderson, Stacy Osei-Kuffour, Rebecca Levene, Raelle Tucker, Sue Chung, Brennan Peters, and Michelle Hsu.
Ugla Hauksdóttir, Lisa Gunning, Neasa Hardiman, Logan Kibens, and Shannon Murphy will direct episodes.
