The commute to a Garfield Heights jail would also be longer for two other top contributing agencies: Euclid and Cleveland Metropolitan Housing Authority officers. They could be on the road 2-13 minutes longer, the analysis found, while the drive for Bedford Heights and Maple Heights officers would shrink up to 15 minutes.
