Greater Manchester roads that top the table for the most expensive in the north west - plus UK's priciest streets
A street in Greater Manchester has topped the list of the most expensive places to live in the north west. The average price of a house on Broadway in Altrincham has been placed at over £3m.
The list includes two streets in Trafford - Broadway and nearby Barrow Lane, also in Altrincham - as well as two in Cheshire's Alderley Edge and one in Macclesfield, which falls under Cheshire East.Below is a list of the top five most expensive streets to live in the north west.3. Grosvenor Square in London’s Mayfair came second place, with an average house price of £23.5 million. Illchester Place, also near Holland Park, was placed third, with homes there costing £17.7 million on average.
