Other critics of the bill argue that it doesn't address the inherent flaws in the higher education system, and that even successful college graduates often find a hard time securing gainful employment. Ryan Craig, author of athat higher education reforms should not be focused on “college access” or “college completion,” but on the “economic outcomes of young Americans.”
