He can’t succeed as a franchise quarterback, and the Ravens shouldn’t have paid him like one of the league’s elites.

With Sunday’s win, Jackson improved his winning percentage against the Browns to 87.5% in games that he starts and finishes. And he did so while posting his worst rushing performance -- nine carries, 27 yards -- among those eight games.
