Rather than send you out for miles of mountains, Epic Series OCR packs as many as 25 obstacles inside a course about the size of a standard 400-meter track. Most courses total only 1.5 miles. There are three different levels of difficulty at most of these stations throughout the race. Competitive men, competitive women, and open, with weights and reps adjusted accordingly.
BoneFrog is not shy about the number or difficulty of obstacles on their course. They proudly boast, “The course will test everyone and leave no one unscathed. You will get muddy. You will get beat up. You will be exhausted. But you will finish.”
