A house that sold for $4.5 million tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in San Jose in the past week.
In total, 38 residential real estate sales were recorded in the area during the past week, with an average price of $2 million, $1,045 per square foot.
The prices in the list below concern real estate sales where the title was recorded during the week of Oct. 16 even if the property may have been sold earlier.The sale of the single-family home in the 1200 block of Sierra Ave., San Jose, has been finalized. The price was $2,225,000, and the house changed hands in October. The house was built in 1916 and has a living area of 2,108 square feet. The price per square foot was $1,056. The house features four bedrooms and one bathrooms.
