Celebrity chef, author and restaurateur Cat Cora showed"GMA" how to make sweet potatoes with citrus, thyme and herbs.
"This one is just with orange juice, Key lime - or you can use regular lime juice - butter, a little bit of olive oil and some allspice and thyme," Cora said."It gives it that real yummy, delicious, citrus [flavor]."1 tablespoon olive oil2 tablespoons fresh Key lime juice or regular lime can be used2. Wrap the sweet potatoes in foil and bake them for 30 minutes.
