Cassandra Gutierrez, 30, of San Antonio, was arrested Tuesday and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, a second-degree felony, according to Bexar County online court records. According to an arrest affidavit, Gutierrez and the 42-year-old victim had been dating for about a year, reported. On Thanksgiving Day the couple returned to Gutierrez’s apartment after drinking at a bar, according to the television station.
