The lawsuit filed for Jacqueline Durand says she already has undergone several reconstructive surgeries after the attack last month at the couple’s home in Coppell, The attack occurred on Dec. 23, a day before Jacqueline Durand’s birthday, the Morning News reports. The lawsuit says Durand was hired by Ashley and Justin Bishop to care for their three dogs while they were out of town.
