The University of Texas Dallas student suffered multiple life-threatening injuries.

A Texas college student who worked as a dog walker and sitter to make extra money was viciously attacked last month by two dogs she was hired to care for, leaving her permanently disfigured, a lawsuit alleges.said Jaqueline Durand of Coppell, Texas was mauled by two dogs and left “permanently and catastrophically disfigured,” according to attorney Chip Brooker of Dallas’ Brooker Law, who is representing her.According to Brooker, Durand was hired last month by Dr.

The report said as a result of the attack, Durand received multiple life-threatening injuries, including “the loss of both ears, nose, lips, and most of her face, in addition to severe puncture wounds over her entire body.” Upon being captured, the dogs were placed in the care of the City of Coppell, and according to the lawsuit, a municipal judge decided earlier this month that both animals should be euthanized.

Despite the Bishops being aware their pets had violent tendencies, the lawsuit said the dogs were out of the kennels they were usually kept in.
