Rookie lost the football twice, including one in the fourth quarter, in loss to Bears

“I just want to go on the record saying that ain’t my standard,” Pierce said. “That ain’t the standard I hold myself to. That ain’t the standard my coaches hold me to, that ain’t the standard this team holds me to. And hopefully that’s the last of that.”His fourth-quarter fumble happened inside the Texans’ 10-yard line.
It was a lucky break for the Texans at the time, because had the Bears recovered it, they would have scored an easy touchdown.
