Texans draft picks Kenyon Green John Metchie agree to contracts
The Texans have agreed to terms with first-round offensive guard Kenyon Green and third-round wide receiver John Metchie III, which nearly completes contract agreements between each of the franchise’s nine draft selections.
, will have a fifth-year option included in a contractual clause that’s standard to first-round selections. He could remain under contract through the 2026 season, along with Houston’s No. 3 overall pick, cornerback Derek Stingley Jr.
