Police found Ryan “unconscious and unresponsive” in the driver’s seat of his truck and was treated with Narcan by medical professionals. He was found with a bag containing a crystal type substance,” the document noted, along with a “second small bag of what appeared to be a blue powder" as well as a rolled-up paper receipt.
“The vehicle [was] running and in drive,” the paperwork stated. “Police observed that the vehicle’s front driver’s side tire hit the curb on the center median where the vehicle then came to a stop.” Per the affidavit, Ryan said that he"snorted a powder before waking up in the back of an ambulance." He was taken to jail, where he will remain until April 20. He is being held with no bond.Griffith was arrested for DUI, refusing to take a blood alcohol test and driving with a suspended license in Miami in June 2023. He was later bonded out of Miami-Dade jail.
