The 16-year-old was rushed hospital after the alleged blade attack
Emergency services descended onto Gordon Street after receiving reports of an alleged broad daylight blade attack at around 3pm on Tuesday, March 7.He was blue-lighted to Glasgow Royal Infirmary for treatment. His current condition is unknown.
Police Scotland launched a probe into the alleged stabbing. Today, officers confirmed an 18-year-old man had been arrested and charged in connection.Constable Craig Whyte, of Greater Glasgow CID, said: “We’d like to thank the community for their assistance with our enquiries into this incident.”Read next:
