LOS ALTOS HILLS — A big home in Los Altos Hills has been bought for nearly $10 million in a deal whose buyer and seller are tech executives and their spouses.
The Los Altos Hills residence was bought this week for $9.75 million, according to documents on file with the Santa Clara County Recorder’s Office. Oracle has been shrinking its footprint in the Bay Area by moving its headquarters, selling big office buildings in Redwood City and downtown San Jose, and putting big chunks of office space up for sublease.
