This month, Campbell is celebrating the one-year anniversary of the twice-monthly show called “Harrisburg Black NewsBeat,” which is focused on issues important to Black and brown communities. The show features an hour of news, comedy, politics, music, art, and interviews. Campbell explained the meaning behind the name of her show.
Gibson said the “parade of talent” Campbell has brought onto the show has been an eye-opening experience for him. He also mentioned the show allowed him to look at the world through a different perspective as a white man.
