Geri-Lynn Ramsay of Summerside plays second stone for Team Alberta, who sit in the third spot in Pool A with a record of 4-2. Alberta plays twice on Feb. 23 to wrap up pool play against an unbeaten Team Canada and finishing up with a game against British Columbia. Lauren Lenentine of Cornwall is a member of the Jennifer Jones-skipped Team Manitoba rink, which is in second in Pool B at 6-1, behind Northern Ontario . Manitoba finishes off pool play against New Brunswick’s Andrea Kelly rink, which is coached by Daryell Nowlan from Summerside, is coaching. Kelly entered play Feb. 23 at 3-3 in Pool B.
The top three teams from each pool will advance to weekend play. The gold-medal game is set for Feb. 26 at 9 p.m. EST.
