EATON TOWNSHIP, Ohio - The Lorain County Sheriff’s Office confirms deputies responded overnight to a house fire on Chestnut Ridge Road in Eaton Township.
Captain Richard Bosley of the LCSO said a suspected drunken driver struck an Ohio State Highway Patrol cruiser that was directing traffic on scene.The cause of the fire was determined to be a propane leak, according to Bosley.19 News has reached out to the highway patrol as well as the Eaton Township Fire Department for more information.Copyright 2022 WOIO.
