Police have arrested 43-year-old Yusuf Ahmed-Ibrahim in connection with the fatal shooting of Sawsan Toma and Yvette Gutierrez on Nov. 13.
Police have arrested a suspect in connection with the murder of two women at a Tucson smoke shop on Sunday.
Tucson police said that after an investigation into the fatal shooting of Sawsan Toma, 42, and Yvette Gutierrez, 31, on Sunday at the Wadee Smoke Shop on South 12th Avenue, detectives identified a suspect, 43-year-old Yusuf Ahmed-Ibrahim. On Tuesday, after obtaining an arrest warrant for two counts of first degree murder, Tucson police officers located Ahmed-Ibrahim near South Second Avenue and East 18th Street.
