EXCLUSIVE: Susanna Reid gained 'a stone' in lockdown after raiding the breadbin
The Good Morning Britain presenter, who turns 52 this month, said she’d gained a stone and has ramped up her exercise regime and is cutting out snacking.
She previously managed to drop a stone and a half after quitting booze, which has now become part of her healthy lifestyle. She told The Sunday Times Magazine: “I was concerned because my skin was flushed, I kept getting flare-ups and blemishes, and they were leaving red scars.
