“We’ve been operating without the use of the annex for the better part of a year or more now,” said JP Desrosiers, the city’s deputy chief administrative officer. The annex was home to three to four offices in the city’s human resources and legal affairs departments, as well as IT. With the annex out of use, staff, said Desrosiers, had been moved elsewhere in the building.
