Roll on September! August 07, 2019 - 08:03 BST Jenni McKnight Strictly Come Dancing announced the 14th celebrity contestant to take part in this year's series - and it's James Cracknell. The former rowing World Champion shared his excitement, saying: "I'm really looking forward to being a part of Strictly this year. Having spent so many years mucking around in a rowing boat with big men in tight lycra, it’s time I learned a new skill.
The latest celebrity announcements come shortly after Made in Chelsea star Jamie Laing, World Table Tennis Paralympic champion Will Bayley and American star Michelle Visage were confirmed as contestants.
